How and When can I make an appointment to see Dr. Gifford?   Register Online     All services are by appointment only.   Dr. Gifford maintains daily office hours Monday through Friday. To make an appointment, call Dr. Gifford's office at (817) 858-6745 during office hours. When the office is closed, our voicemail will answer calls. Insurance information will be collected by the office staff. You may file on your insurance if you have medical insurance, or Dr. Gifford's office will file for you. If you have insurance you will be asked to pay the difference between what your insurance pays and the fee for the service. Dr. Gifford is on no HMOs but you may ask your insurance about out of network benefits. Dr. Gifford's office staff will assist you with this process if you would like.     Special note - for emergency calls:   If you are NOT currently a patient of Dr. Gifford and are experiencing an emergency or crisis after hours, it may best be handled by one of the following options: Contact your primary care physician. Go to the emergency room of any hospital. Contact the emergency hotline of MHMR at (214) 249-9128. Dial 911 for assistance.
